01The knife
D2 is chosen for wear resistance and edge retention, so the plain edge keeps working between sharpening sessions. The black stonewashed surface hides the small scratches that show up on a working knife, which is why it still looks clean after months in a pocket. A caged ball bearing pivot and dual thumb studs let you flick it open in a single motion. The detent is tuned firm enough to stay closed in your pocket yet light enough to deploy cleanly every time.
